Ex. Capt. Jugalkishore Rai (Retd.) - (Founder) :

His life long experience with the defense service in collaboration with his sons and other army officers, emerged "The Pather" -a manpower organization that can cater to the industries and commercial organizations for their security related issues. His experience in varied aspects of security includes managing the security needs of VVIPs. He has been the guiding force within PSAS to ascertain that constant upgrading of skills is the only step forward in Security establishment.

Wing Commander Narendra Verma (1984-2005)(Director) :

Commissioned in the Indian Air Force as a pilot in 1987. He fought the Kargil war and for his act of bravery he was awarded VAYU SENA MEDAL(Gallantry) on 15th Aug 1999 by the President of India. He is trained and experienced in advance Security & Investigation, fire fighting and Industrial security,Jungle and snow survival. As a Group testing officer, his experience in selecting officers from the armed forces. He brings in only the best man power for our clients.

Mr. Anil Jugalkishore Rai (Director)(BE Civil)

Groomed under a team of army officers and he decided to join founder of PSAS as a next generation Panther. With him, he brings in technology in the form of world class Security equipment.

Mr. Saurabh Mehta (Head Sales and Marketing since 2010)

Joined  Panther Surveillance & Allied Services Pvt. Ltd. in the year 2010. Mr. Saurabh Mehta has fourteen year of experience in various facets of sales & marketing.

Sub. Om Prakash Rai(Retd.)(M.tech) Trainer (Gujarat & Rajasthan)

He is trained and experienced in advance security training, fire fighting and industrial security, jungle survival.
